With over 25 years of professional experience in the agricultural sector, including 20 years as a resident of Japan, Dr. Asaithambi Manickam has established himself as a leading expert in the global agrochemical industry. For the past 17 years, he has worked extensively in strategic consulting, helping Japanese companies expand their businesses, drive mergers and acquisitions, and develop new markets. His expertise includes identifying potential partners for manufacturing active ingredients, facilitating distribution networks, and strengthening business operations in India. Additionally, Dr. Asaithambi has a wealth of experience in global product development trials, specializing in early-stage R& D molecules, resistance management, and dose optimization for crop protection products.
